    http://roaringapps.com/

A whole database of apps listing which are currently either supported are unsupported. Found this site very reliable when Lion and Mountain Lion were just released.

Some people reported that for example After Effects doesn't work... Opening and closing any CS6 app takes more time, but maybe it's because the machine is caching all files in computer again so it takes some time and slows the computer...

I didn't have any problems with all softwares from Adobe Master Collection.

Parallels desktop and MacTheRipper (an old app i had) don't work any more.
I also had a warning for those apps before installing Mavericks

    Thumbs down Fontlab

Be careful if you rely on FontLab Studio:
Only the latest version (5.1.4) works under mavericks.

Most people I know have older versions and broke it while updating...
