My supplier uses the Kodak one, he says is very reliable and he had no problems. Hope this helps.

The Kodak is not a CTP. It is sold as such but is not a ctp.
Gravel dry film and then you have to put a sheet to stick to the plate.
The Esko if it is a CTP.

I've used the smallest Esko CTP at my old Flexo job(12x17 i think). In over a year we had no issues at all with the machine. Sorry--a 1$ fuse went in the vacumm unit after a year. Thats it! Great machine and the Graphola software made impo/setup easy. I have never used the Kodak so I can't say much about it. Eskos' service is pretty good too!
I shoulda gone to college instead of the family print shop...

The CTF more economical and with the same quality are flexolaser esko.
accept any OpenRIP workflow including flexo.
The nice thing is that they make sleeves in all formats and that is very important. In esko only can do large format sleeves. But the bad thing is you need a special processor for it.

Still there is an alpha: http://www.alphalaser.ru
But a software at Esko the most good.
At a Kodak other technological process and special flexoplate.
