    Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator?

    What do yo prefer, Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator?

    it will be ridiculously meaningless to compare the specifications of Inkspace and Illustrator.

    but there may be other opinions, if you change your questions as 'Can Inkspace be a sufficient free alternative, if you have no any access to Illustrator?'

    I tried using Inkscape and couldn't figure it out. I taught myself photoshop so maybe I was just overthinking. I am going to go with Illustrator, simply because Adobe really knows what they are doing!

    Inkscape can work as a viable free alternative to Illustrator for the beginner or amateur, though the interface is quite different. I occasionally use it for simple tasks, or just to mess around. Of course, Illustrator is far more versatile, but you get what you pay for.

    Inkscape is fair, but nothing beats Illustrator. I've been toying Inkscape recently, and outside of little edits and basic drawing, I don't see much use for it without mastering YET another program.

    by the way, the new Adobe CC system is quite affordable (imo), especially if you are a student or an educator..

    Illustrator... But don't ge me wrong, inkscape is a great free app! I Highly recommend it if you can't afford illustrator
