    I recommend FileZilla for both Mac PC and Linux.. Its the best!

    On Windows I would recommend either CuteFTP or FlashFXP.

    i use cyberduck on os x systems and totalcommander (its basicly a file commander with an "norton commander"'ish interface) on all kinds of windows os'es
