Does just plainly installing fonts cause a performance loss, or is it just the reg issues and stuff that require font managers?

Suitcase is very reliable, but there really isn't a "best" choice because everything out there has flaws. Definitely room for some to come in and snag that market.

Suitcase used to ask which font to keep active when a conflicted font was activated but it does not anymore. Does anyone else has the same problem?
