We use Universal Type Server at work and I use Suitcase Fusion at home. I had another one and I can't for the life of me remember the name but it was actually pretty cool as it sorted fonts visually rather than by family. I am sure I have the original download somewhere in storage at home... have to look that one up.

Thank goodness for personal cloud storage and being able to get me files from anywhere.

    TypeDNA

It's as much a creative tool as it is a font manager. And you can use it along side any other font manager so it's not an either-or.

    Suitcase Fusion 5

I tried to use some other programs, but the experience with Suitcase is something unique. The platform offers color and layout view. I believe that's the only app it does that.

Title says "Best font manager" I too love the FontExplorer X.
But what about the PC guys, what do you use? They say the same is available for the PC.
    Anyone?

i use and love font explorer. I am currently still looking for a good program to edit font families etc. when I download versions that might not necessarily be the best. drives me crazy when all the different weights of a font show up as different fonts in my softwares. if font explorer could address this, it'd be even more perfect.
