Okay, I managed to find the answer to m own question so thought I'd share incase i has any else stumped....
Please follow the next steps on your computer to remove the broken
License and Activate again:
Please note that these steps will remove all other Licenses from Enfocus
Products to, you will have to Activate these again.
- Log in as administrator
- Go to the FLEXnet folder
HD: Library: Preferences: FLEXnet Publisher: FLEXnet
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet
Win Vista/Win 7:
- Please delete all the files with 'esko' in their filename
- Empty the trash bin
- Start PitStop Pro and Activate it again
- If you have any other Enfocus Software installed, please Activate them
It solved my problem anyway.... ciao for now
