    7.1 and 7.0

Some guys are selling 7.0. Didn't heard for cracked 7.1.
I bought 7.0 and it works, but must be installed on OS9.

    Hi,
You can try PSM8 uploaded by kazanchi (thanks kazanchi!). In addition, you have FAF for traping. Works only on OSX but worth it.

    psm 7.1

But for PSM 8 and later you need TSP card and it dont work on dolev 200/400
SFL card is only supported by psm 7.1 and OS 9.2.2. max

    Sfl

OSX cant recognize sfl card, you must have tsp and psm 8.0 or 8.1

PSM 7: recognizes SFL and TSP card, requires OS9. Does not work in OSX, you have to reboot to OS9.
PSM 8: recognizes TSP card only, requires OSX.
The solution is dual boot: RIP (actually, convert .ps to .job) in PSM8, reboot to OS9, start PSM7 and image. When you need RIP again, reboot to OSX...
Or have two Macs, one with OS9/PSM7 and one with OSX/PSM8.

Calibration is not necessary in PSM8, it will be used just as PS to JOB converter (sort of ripping). Also, you don't need to define rasters in PSM8. When you rip in PSM8, just care to input correct orientation, size and resolution. Use Disk as destination (not Disk - Ready to expose).
You should just calibrate PSM7 via Expose curves. You will have expose formats defined here. You can also define hot folders with adequate settings. If you define hot folders, you could put jobs from PSM8 directly into hot folders. When you restart to OS9 and PSM7, it will immediately read all jobs and you might start expose immediately.

Also, PSM7 does not need to be K'ed (it will image correctly), only PSM8.

Look for kazanchi's first post in this thread (post #2 in this thread). I have downloaded it and it seems OK but I don't use since I already use PSM 8 that is fully set. So, I did not try it. Only it has files to replace that seems to be the same as the ones I did replace long time ago.
Do you have SFL or TSP card?

PSM and Brisque have one nice feature: one calibration curve for all colors. Harlequin must have copied all values for each color. Transparency handling is bad, true, but if you resolve it during the creation of the file, it gives you much more freedom. I use PSM 8 on daily bases, I know it's flaws and I get around them.
SFL is in general worse than TSP: PSM 8 does not support it and optics tend to have it's issues. Switching to TSP is a good idea although it costs but then you will have only one PSM, PSM 8 and that is it, no juggling + some more options to work with.
