Viewing and measuring tiff 1-bit, not using Photoshop?

Hi, I wonder if there is any free software for viewing tiff 1 bit files where you can take a measure, I know Photoshop can do it but I need to install it in a PC where all software must be legal and I don't want to order a license of CS just to do this.

    Thanks for your help.

In the past, I used the ESKO FlexoPerfection 3.1 demo.
Now I haven't installer, when I have it I will upload it somewhere.

I forgot to ask you, is this a demo that it will work for just a period of time or is it supposed to work all the time?

It will work all the time, restriction: you can not save the tif.

Great. It will be just used for viewing and measuring.

In that case I would recommend Viewer from Fuji CelebraNT.
It's not protected, compact (archive is 232KB) and do the job.
