    Question Rip for Roland XC-540

Who have used third-party Rip for your printer except VersaWorks?

I never used Versawork, I have a Roland, but I heard that a good alternative for the rip roland plotter is ColorGATE or Onyx

I tried to use Onyx 7.1, when printer is purchased, but the printer driver
supplied with onyx did not work, tech support onyx in half a year is not
able to solve this problem. That was two years ago, more print through onyx I have not tried.

I forgot also .. EFI is a good option, but they are poor en Roland driver.

You should check if the right river is available.

Thank you, but the site is pretty strange. No finding a suitable version of the program based on the printer model. I do not understand which version is best suited to my printer. VisualRip? VisualRip+ or GrandRip?

Thank you, before you buy or what RIP would like to try it out. Does Caldera demo? Because any third-party RIP after purchase may not be what I needed, VersaWorks is completely free for me and other Roland users.
