    RIP for halftone

Hi all, I use 2 printers: epson stylus color 3000 and epson stylus pro 3800
I use them for print traditional halftone on films with scanvec photoprint rip 5.02
but there is another rip for print with stochastic halftone? Thank you.

Yes, Flexisign (from scanvec), Ciberprint, Iccprint... and almost all rips. But every kind of halftone screen is attached to the profile.

The best way for you would be making your own profiles. When you'are profiling you'll choose the halftone screen.

ok, but with flexi i can choose the parameters only for traditional halftone or AM (angle and lpi frequency). I'm searching for a rip that make me choose the parameters also for stochastic halftone or FM (size of the point).
Accurip can do this, but i don't like this rip, i'm searching for more professional one.

Ciberprint (also know as iccprint) is the rip i use. It have a great rgb color engine and yo can choose the screening method and the drop size.

With wasatch can I resize the stochastic point? Or is it only default?
With accurip you can decide the size of stochastic point (in micron) but I don't like accurip :(

You could also check out Colorgate, it has a wide selection of raster.
It's possible to download a full version that works without the dongle but then prints with watermarks.

Founder PSPNT recommended special driver interface print, print speed is 12 minutes off, 180 lines can be linked to net no denim.
