    Epson 9800 rip

    I'm using the eficolor 4.2, so fast and good.

    If you need a good color control you have to use EFI solution. With this rip you can create a profile for each type of support you use...so as you change the support you always have the maximum color control. I use EFI with my HP 5500 and Epson 9890.

    try Efi colorproof and you can also get the Fogra certification!

    Maybe also Colorgate....but versaworks are better!!

    go with EFI Colorproof XF there's a 4.2 version floating somewhere around the forum search for it

    just today I've used Posterprint with Epson 9700 and pigment. Good results.
    I think the right rip depend of final result you want.
    What you print? photo, design, textile, flat colors?
    I use in my lab Posterprint/Texprint, Versaworks (only Roland), Onyx, Wasatch, Rasterlink (only Mimaki), Matchprint.
    My favorite is Posterprint.
