    Exclamation Problem HQ-RIP v 7.2

    Hi All

    I had a big problem
    Now, I use HQ-RIP v7.2 and i can not rip a file
    i have a file quarkxpress can not export pdf file, and i use quarkxpress export to eps file, and after i use acrobat distiller convert to pdf file and conducted rip use by hq-rip v7.2, but it can not

    i use quarkxpress v8.0.2, acrobat distiller v10.0
    who see this case ?

    Which joboptions do you use in Distiller? Let you try something like PDF-X1 or PDF-X3 compatible...

    I'm sorry, I do not quite understand you.
    Do you want to know what is highest PDF version for v.7.2?

    I suppose it's PDF 1.5

    HQ-RIP v.8.3 supports PDF PDF 1.7.

    1. Try converting the text if any to curves
    2. Try lower version of pdf
    3. If you could make pdf place the pdf file as a link in illustrator cs5 and make a PS file and the print with HQ
