I work with Brisque in the old days.
No way you can do that maan, sorry.
Use Preps and start from the beginning, build your own template again.

You can make it with the Impo2Go license of Brisque. You will have a PDF file with the imposition. The Pdf2Go license make the same but only with rip pages.
If you haven't this license you will have to remake the job from the beginning. You will have to begin from PDF o PS file but you can use the same template.
    Regards.

    Brisque Impo Jobs

These are just single flat, postscript files describing page placement info and holding pointers to pre-ripped files (which are "Scitex-JOBS", not to be confused with the "Preps-Jobs"...)!

Since Impo-Jobs do not hold any image info, they are useless to any other system.

The Brisque - "Impo2Go" option creates full imposition, LowRes files, one per flat, which are used for imposition-proofing or visual inspection, but shouldn't be used for HighRes output.

You can use TIFF-IT export on Brisque (HiRes), and next step - convert TIFF-IT jobs to DeltaLists. And then use the Signastation classic. But this method is difficult...
