I haven't used the latest version of signsation, but the older versions 7 and 8 were probably the fastest at imposing any job.

Preps 5 works, but it just feels outdated, even though it isn't really.

Yet I use ImposerPro, from ALAP... but Quark bought ALAP and let ImposerPro die slowly... so, with the next upgrade I plan to switch to Quite Imposing, or perhaps InpO2: did anybody try InpO2? and can give some feed-back? and/or make a comparison with Quite Imposing?

    Ok, thanks for this answer.

Unfortunately, I started with none of them, as I started with ImposerPro!

I tested Quite Imposing Plus during a week, and it's very, very different of ImposerPro: this system working with a serie of questions, with an intermediate "Pages oriented" PDF, and rows and columns seems very powerful and seems to have no limits (once it's well understood!), but the beginning (and still after!) is quite disconcerting, and I must confess that for each imposition I tried, I needed at least 2 ou 3 attempts, sometimes even more, with strange unwanted results before getting what I wanted... and this tests make me a little bit affraid a daily use: if I need 3 attempts for each job, my productivity will drop dramatically, and my boss will not be happy of this choice!

InpO2, according to the screen shots shown by Dynagram, seems to work more like ImposerPro, with a virtual light table, icons for the pages and a preview, and seems to be easier to use, but the basic version seems to be less powerful than Quite Imposing Plus for the same price...

I personally have only used Quite Imposing, but I would recommend this over others.
