Pitstop Pro has a tool for split pages.

Since 11 version you can use that tool.

    Smile Indesign

I use indesign for splitting pages.

New document size a4, facinig page is checked.

Use multi page import script to place the pdf on new document. There are some options placing pdf for example fit on paper, fit on spread etc.

    Then export pdf.

I tried 3600 a3 pages pdf and succeed.

    thanks.

I use smallPDF(dot)com - it has tools for merging / splitting / locking / cracking / etc and the best part is it is all web based.

    Quite Imposing has been great

I've used Quite Imposing for a long time now. I just need to upgrade to the current version.
