    Trueflow3 ver.4.00 failed to connect to server

    im new to CtP, and recently i bought a Screen P-tr8600 and running on trueflow3 version 4.00, when i run the trueflow client it says failed to connect server. anyone can guide me to have it works ? thank you in advance.
    note* i got the right dongle plugged in too.

    Have you checked the ping and dns settings (nslookup), you can copy files between the machines ?

    Version of Drivers

    Did you manage to connect using same version number between the card and the screen machine?

    Trueflow3 connection

    To solved the problem
    1. Check connection between computer using ping command at windows command prompt
    2. Check cable connection, good or not
    3. try connect using IP instead of computer name

    I am getting a "failed to download the client update modules from the server" using TF 7.2 SE after going and downloading file file from http://serverip:6282/client/en/index.htm

    Ok, I did the patch updates and now it works.
