or you can try a PDF Spliter & Merger
    http://www.epubor.com/pdf-splitter-merger.html

it can split a PDF to several parts as you like, and it can merge unlimited PDF files into one file.

To have multiple InDesign plugins you put the pdf in InDesign (several pages in a row) and you put your proportion and where you want me to focus on the page. There are several plugins, look at the adobe site, are free.

I use the DocuBoxManager from Agfa, it is very easy to use.
It is a plugin for acrobat, you can change the box's of pdf (media, crop, trim, bleed, art) with this.

    If U don't have Toolbox:
first step - make copy for every page
second step - set different trim for left and rigth pages

If you don't want to install another Acrobat plugin you can use a script for indesign: multipage importer for InDesign. Make a google search... place the pages on a facing page document and export with bleeds. Seconds.

I think best cost effective way is Indesign or Illustrator.

If PDF documents which you get all the time have the same page size, you will create template in Preps. And you can use this template every time for that kind of job.

Currently I place the PDF in Indesign and export page by page.

Does anyone have a more practical solution? some plugin?

    Thank you for your attention
in quite imposition you must use trim, shift, split and recombine option. Have automation menu and you must create your own bach. If you configure good this automation you wach to the acrobat who make all jobs

I've posted this before but will again.

The easiest, quickest, simplest, most awesome way is:

Quite Imposing 3 - tile pages

If they made it any easier we'd be out of a job.

Splitting files in InDesign isn't the most painful way!
Plugins for Acrobat? - Heidelberg Prinect PDF toolbox (have never seen esiest way of controlling trimbox!), Pitstop, Quite imposing.
If you have some kind of workflow system and problem with files like these is everyday problem use imposition soft and then export single page PDF.

And remember, in InDesign you can manually define page order to export e.g. 4,2,1,3 not only 1-4 of 1,2,3,4.

No need to use the pitstop. Only use acrobat crop tools to crop left side.Include bleed(just the even)print to acrobat virtrul printer. The right side is same to do. Use file name at the end type a in right and type b in left.Extract pages at separate file. Combine all file and by name is ok.
