Have you looked in the help documentation.
    It installed automatacally.

Or take a look in the Prinergy Server.

I don´t have the troubleshootimg for version 5.

Only version 3 but there it is different.
I already looked and there is nothing about JTP.

    Sorry

Did Prinergy arrived together with the hardware (usually DELL PE) or did you configure the Operating System yourself before you installed Evo? Because your problem might be configuration of the OS. Make sure also that you are connected to a network when you start Prinergy Evo.

After you have installed the 2003 Windows Server, you must
    configure the operating system.

Select Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Printers.

Double-click Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers.

The Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers dialog box
    appears.

    Select Disabled.

    Click OK.

Please let me know if that solves the problem.

Ok, I need the ff: information to diagnose your problem:

    1. Was your Prinergy functioning properly before or is this your first install?
    2. What output device is connected?
    3. Have you installed Harmony software?
    4. Did you perform any install or update prior to this?

Do you use individual template? I think you should do with workflow.
