    the pdf toolbox 2011 is new design and new interface, and has many improvements.

    extract "Heidelberg" folder to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat\plug_ins"
    extract "xerces-c_2_6_mc8hd1.0.dll" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat"

    4.5 is not stable with Adobe Acrobat X, quit all the time
