help! how do i adjust color in a pdf on the fly?

i need to pull back the yellow throughout a 100 page pdf. The color in the pdf prints perfectly now , but client wants to see if yellow was pulled back 10%.

there has to be a fast and dirty way to print on the fly with adjusted colors from my laser printer ( xerox 252) with efi fiery command workstation 5

    adobe acobat x

tell your client the color has been adjusted in the rip and not in the pdf file.

I meant if it was a specific "Yellow Colour" used throughout the PDF, but he wants to show the effect of the yellow "Channel" being reduced overall by 10% then yes, he should use a "TRC" (T Reproduction Curve) if his RIP has this facility...

    Create your own Simulation Profile

Hi, you can duplicate and rename the ICC Profile that Acrobat is using to simulate the printing method, then edit it with a Profile Editor tool like the included in X-Rite's ProfileMaker 5.
    Good luck !
