Esko BarX plugin or Barcode Producer (on Mac, i don't know if there is a Win version). These are making Category 'A' barcodes securely.

Corel's Barcode Wizard sucks. It makes 'B' and 'C' category barcodes.

+1 for Barcode Producer, had a lot of hassle with more than one application before, smooth sailing with Barcode Producer.

    Barcode in Corel

Illustrator with Esko plugin is better. Because in default when we insert the Barcode in Corel it will come as an Corel object, not a draw line.

If you use simple barcodes (Ean-13, Ean-8, Jan-13, Codebar-128 etc. then you can use Corel Barcode Wizard. It is very simple and light software.

    Hi!

Apart from defining a field for data-merge in InDesign (with specific font/length/size), is there any good intro of plugin for InDesign environment? I was thinking if there's any barcode/qcode generator (plugin) for InDesign.

    Thanks!

I think the best is ESKO barx plugin for illustrator. I use that plugin and don't have problems with it
