    Profile for 1440dpi

    Any know how to profile cmyk at 1440x1440dpi in profilemaker 5

    PM5 does not care about resolution, this is something you chose in your printer's driver or RIP.

    When using rasterlink I can tell the difference between the profiles below.

    Grafityp_S12P_540x1080 - 16p bi - Mimaki_CJV30-60.icc
    Grafityp_S12P_1440x1440 - 16p bi - Mimaki_CJV30-60.icc

    So not sure how the rip can auto set its self up based on the dpi of the above profiles. I have only ever profiled RGB printers and all that does is give me better colours which I would have thought would be the same with a CMYK solvent printer.
