No Screen Printing Color Specification Standards?

For offset printing we have GRACOL and FOGRA standard press ICC color profiles but how come it seems to be almost none at all for screen printing? I'm looking for other standard ICC profiles for different printing processes.

There were a beta flexo icc, but i cannot find it now....
it was on polyetilen substrate, as i remeber

But you can find the PaC colorspace on
http://www.cm-pacspace.net/index.php?id=498

The problem with these printing methods is the repetability; they cannot print the same color space twice, so it is difficult to define standards...
