    What software do you recommend for multicolor work than the ProfileMaker Packaging?

    But none of them its a typically self-explained application...

    And working with multichannel designs in the adobe-suite is a nightmare, so it is better to use the whole Esko suite (7.4)

    Opaltone is quite well known in flexo, but as I undertand it has obvious problems with vector part of the designs if you don't have hi-end vector editing sw, like mentioned in above post.

    There is Equinox from Esko as well, which is an add-on modules to ArtPro, PackEdge and Photoshop.
    More flexible and less restrictive than Opalton as I can see.

    I recommend X-Rite MonacoProfiler. Quite good one.
