HP Designjet 8000s with EFI Colorproof XF Head problem

    Hello.

    I have now a HP Designjet 8000s.

I connected it with the EFI Colorproof XF.

    Everthing is OK.

But now I have a problem with the Head of the HP.

Has got anybody a service manual for this machine.

And I looked for refill catridges and ink for this machine.
    It is a solvent printer.

Does anybody know where can I get it.
    I searched everthing.

    Thanks

What do you mean "But now I have a problem with the Head of the HP."

Was it working fine and after you set RIP it started to print badly? I mean is the nozzle check ok or not?

try to purge high, if not resolved, you must have a room temperature between 20 and 24 degrees, check if your ink is good in case you use a compatible ink.

the HP 8000 needs to work every day.
Do you make the service every day, and do you put in cap filling the wwek end ?
this is to avoid heads to dry !
