    How to convert 0-100- 0-255 value

    with Excel ?

    It should be quite easy.
    I believe Excel formula might look something like that:

    where A1 is a cell with a value of the range 0%-100%

    this way you will get decimal values.

    you need to add a rounding function to get real integer values.
