Epson Artisan 1430 Problem - Blue Ink Printing Off.

I just got the Epson Artisan 1430 a couple of months and for some reason if I print a turquoise/aqua kind of blue it prints out super light? The black ink is fine and the blue ink is full so I have no idea why my printer is doing this?

    Does any have any suggestions?

Do a nozzle check, see if n of you nozzles are blocked. Sometime just a single nozzle not firing properly will make some color ts not print correctly.
Also check utube for instructions on how to unblock heads if not clearing up after several clean cycles.
