the linearization is done inside the rip software. the necessary steps depend on your software!

    hello spider and friends,

my boss said, that linearization should be done with the Epson software that shipped with the printer. but he doesn't tell me how... guess he doesn't know either.
well, basically I understand my boss, since linearization is such a basic setup...wht can't I find nothing on the Epson cd?

    cheers,

You can use Epson ColorBase (from CD or download from Epson website). Of course only if you have a supported & reliable measurement device.

    hi mcjam,

thanx for the hint on Colorbase. will have a look at it. it's not on the cd shipped with the Epson 9900.

    cheers,
