Doubt version profile V2 or V4

On the creation of color profiles I use recently i1Profiler, it found very valid and accurate. my problem is in setting the profile version V2 or V4. I ask you if you have found no differences on the two versions. Thank you in advance.

    Give Google a try: http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=icc+profile+v2+vs+v4
Refer to the original source: http://www.color.org/whyusev4.xalter
In addition, read this article: http://nativedigital.co.uk/site/2013/02/icc-version-2-or-4/

i1Pro 2 EFI tools & Profilemaker. Results are always varied. I found Profilemaker to be closer than EFI.

basICColor print 3 - fast computing, decent setting options
argyllcms - great flexibility, little bit harder to learn, but great value and great profiles

i also prefer the iProfiler but depending of the rip software ICC creation process I also use the ProfileMaker if it need to determine the target density of each color channel if the RIP software doesn't give possibiliy for this.

It's command line but totally free and there are some GUIs written for it. Many features; the author is one of the masters of color management.
