The best system color is Barbieri

The best way to create the profiles is to use the system BARBIERI. (http://www.barbierielectronic.com/)
I have one of these systems and they are fabulous.

    - Create linearization by rip
    - Create a color profile with the program Barbieri
    - Putting it all together with the rip

    The result is exceptional

    best icc soft

I think Monaco has smoother results than ProfileMaker but PM5 is a very good soft too.

Actually it CAN! Just select two or more measurements in Assets/Measurement data and drag them to Measurement icon. ANd you will get Multiple Fiels Averaged header in measurements window.

I like Profile Maker but I can confirm it's very difficult to use.

Inks are totally different and the gamut is very small compared to paper printing.
Bad results with profilemaker and monaco.

    Not joking

I'm new to ICC profile creation. Never had the need to (we're a pretty new shop). I honestly didn't know it was an option without spending a lot of $$$ to 3rd party companies. For the past year, we've just used basic vendor supplied ones.
