    Anyone tried displayCAL?

I was thinking of buying a colormunki display to calibrate my monitors (my iprofiler doesn't want to work) but I saw the i1 can calibrate a display without iprofiler, with displaycal

    Anyone tried it?

I use an I1pro2. Takes a long time to calibrate but works very well.

I1 is enough to complete the correction of the display.

    displaycal / dispcalgui

top program for display calibration and FREE! don't spend your money on any of those overpriced solutions from basiccolor or the likes, this tool rocks!

i would recommend it over most of the other tools out there.

    and - yes i did - mention - iT's FREE

huge instrument support base, works on windows, mac and linux, tops tops tops

    Indeed !

It looks very accurate so far.. and it's open source ! No doubt this already mature calibration solution is worth a try at least and deserves encouragements. I still have to test it further...
