Does anyone know of a Macintosh equivalent? An illustrator plugin that does this would be even better...

    Freeware version

The freeware version was useless for me. You're limited to only three different dies.

I checked Packmage CAD software on its website, all the box templates are free, you need buy the box templates to activate them, totally free.

    carton box customization service

I registered a packmage cad account for my carton box structural design work, but I can only modify the size of the box, there are many lock style need to be customized, is there any way to customized it myself to make this carton box design software really easy?

    Go for artioscad

I always prefer the artioscad.the thing only an draw back what i felt is its bit overpriced, but if the price is affordable then nothing to worry to go for the Artios CAD. also impact software from Arden Software is pretty famous in the packaging industry,i have used it too,, nice one.and th eng view software prinect is a amateur software it seems.

I can't agree with you more, but not all people could afford the cost with artioscad and engview software, Packmage CAD is more simple, it's a new choice for the SMEs.

    Packmage CAD

Packmage CAD is simple and i think it does not cost much(I think its free) .but there are lot of advanced features in ArtiosCAD where professional seeks. For that they are paying some extra bucks.Anyway i mentioned the name artioscad since i am used to it and loving working with it.Also many software are available in market.have anybody heard about "PACK DESIGN" from BCSI . http://www.bcsi-systems.com/new/products/products%20-%20new.htm

Please reply if anybody know about it

It's great. I will try Packmage CAD to compare with other software. I think the software is not only easy/simply but also advance, so very good.

    Good luck!
